How quickly can we be up and running?
Typically 48 hours from your discovery call. We set up your subdomain, brand it with your logo and colours, create your admin user, and you can start inviting members the same day.
How much does it cost?
Pricing varies based on group size and customisation. Get in touch and we'll quote you fairly — typically much less than you'd expect for a custom platform. Monthly billing, cancel anytime.
Do members have to install anything?
No. The app works in any web browser. If they want the full mobile experience with push notifications, they install it to their home screen with one tap (we walk them through it). No App Store, no Play Store.
What happens to our data if we cancel?
It's your data, always. We provide a full export on request — members, 1-2-1s, referrals, events — in standard CSV/JSON formats. Cancellation is monthly with no lock-in.
Can we use our own domain?
Yes. We can host your group on a subdomain of meet121.co.uk (e.g. yourgroup.meet121.co.uk) or on a custom domain you own (e.g. app.yourgroup.com). Either works.
Is our data private from other groups?
Completely. Each group runs on its own isolated install. There's no shared database, no cross-group visibility. We can't see your members' referrals and neither can any other group.
Do you offer training for our admins?
Yes — included in onboarding. We do a 30-minute call walking your group admins through the dashboard, analytics, and member management. After that, the app is designed to be intuitive enough that ongoing training isn't needed.
